Pepco has submitted to the Maryland Public Service Commission an application for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for authority to rebuild an existing 10.2 mile 230 kilovolt (kV) double circuit tower line originating at Pepco’s Oak Grove Substation and running to Pepco’s Talbert Substation, all within existing right-of-way in Prince George’s County, Maryland. A public prehearing conference on this matter is hereby set for miércoles, 24 de mayo de 2023, at 2 p.m. in the Commission’s 19th floor hearing room, William Donald Schaefer Tower, 6 St. Paul Street, Baltimore, Maryland. Petitions to intervene must be filed by 22 de mayo de 2023, and may be filed electronically through the Commission’s website at www.psc.state.md.us or sent by first-class mail to the Commission’s Executive Secretary, Andrew S.
